Late night surprise ribwich
It was late. I was a little drunk. I made a sandwich with some leftover slow-cooked, memphis-style barbecue ribs. Then I put moishe’s coleslaw right on top of that. Then I covered that in a healthy dose of mad anthony’s hot mustard. On a ciabatta bun. Then I ate it.
